Aidan McGuire

Originally from Cavan in Ireland, Aidan moved over to the UK following his graduation from Trinity College, Dublin in 1984.  Aidan's started life in the UK working within the City of London for Fuji Bank.  After several years at the bank Aidan made the strategic move over into the IT sector working with Apple Computers and it was from here that the decision to start his own company began.
Aidan was able to capitalize on his experience of working with the Japanese together with his stint in IT to identify a growing business area – that of double byte language systems.

And the rest as they say is history.

Ian Cottee

Ian Cottee (aka zobbo) has been working with the company on and off from the beginning after meeting Aidan in a CIX chatroom.  Ian formally took on the role of Technical Director in 1998. http://www.cottee.org/.  Ian lived in Japan for several years finally returning to the UK in summer 2005.

Hirohisa Iwasaki

Hirohisa Iwasaki joined in 1997 whilst studying in the UK subsequently moving to head our Brussels operation where he worked to build a very successful team of people.  In 2002 Hiro was appointed Managing Director of the group a role he still holds today.

Sue Johnson

Following graduation from Newcastle University in 1986, Sue moved down to London.  Starting her working life within the City of London, this time for Sumitomo Corporation, a large Japanese trading house.  In 1988 Sue made the decision to move over to the IT sector and started working on the technical support desk of WordPerfect before moving into corporate sales.

Sue left WordPerfect in 1992 to join ICS the forerunner of BFS.

Sue is responsible for the marketing operations of Blue Fountain.
