Virtual Warehousing

Crocus is a Zope based system that acts a virtual warehouse and controls parts that feed into many of Toyota's factories in Europe. The system takes data in from Tier #2 suppliers and populates the crocus system, which can then show personnel of Toyota where various parts are, where they have come from and to which factory they are destined. We are now planning a 2nd version of this system that adds significantly to the core functionality of version 1.

Sequence In Time

This is a Zope based site which has been implemented in Derby UK. This system is mission critical and feed directly into the Toyota Car Plant in Derby (producing the Avensis and Corolla) and controls the supply of wheel assemblies to the Factory. The site is required to be up and running 24 hours a day as the system is used by 3 factory shifts. The system is fault tolerant having a number of elements to enable it to carry on working despite system failure.

Multi Lingual Systems & Support

We employ a number of multi-lingual IT professionals which enables us to support and develop multi-lingual content management systems. In addition we also employ bi-lingual Japanese Technical Support Personnel who can work on-site to help clients overcome technical issues.
