A standard IT support module which provides support for an organisations server, network, e-mail and Internet connections. This support is delivered by phone, e-mail, on-site and remotely through a VPN and is available on a 24x7 basis if required. All the support activities and histories are held on Blue Fountain’s web support database which is globally visible and can be accessed by both the customer and the support team.
IT Management Service
In addition to the technical support, Blue Support also delivers a complete managed service whereby BFS take full responsibility for delivering the IT solution and strategy for an organisation. This managed service delivers a leading edge IT solution to many smaller organisations or to larger organisations that are not in a position to commit large amounts of resource to internal IT staff or support technicians themselves.
IT Consultancy Service
Many organisations and companies are looking to review and update their current IT provision in the most cost effective way. BFS consultants will spend time on site with a company to research and define an improved IT strategy which can include restructuring and updating a company's LAN, developing a company wide VPN with Internet access and e-mail communications.
Blue Fountain Systems have over 16 years experience of delivering customised support services. Over that time the standard level of IT knowledge of users within organisations has increased dramatically and so in most cases the requirement for internal IT staff has been reduced.
